Excavation

  • Your pool layout will be marked in your backyard and we will begin gathering all of the necessary permits. Side Note:Make sure that any trees and areas that you want to protect are clearly marked and out of the way of the construction work. We will make sure we've contacted the proper company checking for underground utilities before digging begins
  • In the beginning there will be lots of dirt moved and trenches removed from the ground. Don't worry the first part of the project looks like chaos once we get to the shape of the pool it'll be a piece of cake. As you can see from the photo above, goes from green grass to dirt in one whole day.

Framing & Plumbing

  • We will set and secure the substructure of the pool to keep it formed with metal rods called rebar. The bottom of the pool is then shaped and smoothed to the finish you desire to have. At this point, your imagination will come to life.

Rebar

  • Every square foot of the structure (Pool, Spa , Steps, Etc.) will have rebar determined by our engineers

Gunite

  • All parts of the house that are exposed to the unite will be protected from any over spray so nothing gets damaged in the process.
  • 1st Image Below is the process of the gunite being sprayed over the rebar.

After all the gunite is done

  • Gunite pools are finished with pneumatically applied concrete. pools will have a concrete looking shell Once this is complete, the pool well need to be kept wet for at least one week and at that point the builder will start the deck, coping and walkway areas.
